Mill Creek Carpet & Tile

Mill Creek did me right. From the sale to the installation everything was spot on. Communication and timing was also right on. I won’t hesitate to use Mill Creek again.

Working with Mill Creek was a great experience! I got new carpet in 2 bedrooms. They were so easy to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate my bizarre schedule. Kyle was very knowledgeable and helpful when I picked out my carpet. The installers were quick and professional and left everything spotless. I'd recommend Mill Creek 10/10 and will absolutely use them again for other things around my home!

Excellent customer service!!! Very knowledgeable about all the different flooring products!!! I will recommend highly, and I will be using them again, as I remodel houses!! Rick was the one that helped me, and he didn't push what he wanted, he listened to what I was looking for, and showed me the products that went in line for the concept I was trying to achieve.

Very poor customer service! I needed some more flooring and went to them to match it up, they ordered in what they said matched and it wasn’t right and said they can’t refund my money even tho I ask if this isn’t right can I bring it back. Their response was it shouldn’t be a problem. Even though I took the product back I still haven’t received my money back. Like I said very poor customer service. Have ask for manager a few different times and is never there or won’t talk to me.

Mill Creek did a great job on installing my carpet and floor. Patti was very patient and helpful while I picked out my choices.
