Unfortunately, life happens - and the people at Port City are there for it. Exceptional and friendly service from the moment you walk through the door. Life happened to me. A minor fender bender, and my 22 Malibu found its way to their shop. From the first phone call, I received nothing but amazing service, great communication, exceptional work, AND they went above and beyond - fixing something they didnt even need to. By the way, my car was finished AHEAD of schedule. When life happens to you, you should call Port City. You'll be in the best of hands.

From start to finish our experience with Port City far exceeded our expectations. From the friendly professional people at the front to the excellent work done on our truck. We highly recommend them! They even stayed late finishing it up so we could pick it up. It was so clean (we live off dirt roads) so that was a wonderful surprise. If you have to drive farther as we did to have your work done...it will be well worth it!!! Thank you

They got our 2025 Outback (rear ended) in and out in about 3 weeks. The office kept us up to date on the progress. Nice people, clean office and there was not a pile of junked vehicles laying about. Very well kept.

Before and after a deer hit me. The guys at port city, got my car right in and fixed up way sooner than I thought they would. The customer service was extremely friendly and informative. My car was detailed and looked brand new when I picked it up. I will absolutely use this business for any future repairs.
