Mill Direct Carpet

Found beautiful flooring at a great price. Selection is not as large as big box stores, so it wasn't overwhelming. Took less time to pick out flooring and negotiate a price than it would have to find an associate in Lowe's or Home Depot. The gentleman was friendly and put me in touch with local installers who made arrangements to give an estimate on labor in 1 day. June 3, 2022. The installation of my new floors is comple. I couldn't be happier with the floors or the installers. Chad was awesome. He did what he said he would do and he did it when he said, at the price he said. It doesn't get any better than that.

Extremely dissatisfied with The Mill and the customer service they provided after their Installer Chad Reynolds sent guys to install floors that had never done it before and he even fired at our house due to them use the wrong side of the tool and scratching up our brand new floors. We are left with a mess and having to replace door frames they cut for one some and not others AND have wood putty as a fix to our brand new wood floors. I would go ANYWHERE BUT here.

Good work and competitive prices. I worked primarily with Chris and Chad and they were both so helpful and communicative throughout the process. I unfortunately encountered a manufacturing issue with the wood that was not their fault, yet they went above and beyond to get it resolved quickly. Highly recommend!

Wow! After going to several carpet stores in Chattanooga, we drove over to Georgia to compare pricing. We are very glad we did. The pricing is much lower for a higher quality carpet and pad than we were originally considering. They sent out their installer to measure within a day, got back to us that same day with a quote and already have the carpet already ordered and will be installed next week. Chris was very helpful with our questions and helping us understand the best type of carpet and pad for our needs. And we paid Georgia sales tax instead of Tennessee, which was a further overall cost savings. Definitely worth driving to Georgia for best pricing. Truly direct from the mills in Dalton.
