Millar's Appliance

Was visiting my parents in the area and their oven was not working. Went into Millar's to get a heating element and the staff quickly brought me to their service department. The service staff scoured their inventory and found the part in stock, allowing me to fix the oven before leaving town. Super cool people! Genuine parts!

Excellent customer service!!! I went in just to look at washing machines. I knew I wanted a Speed Queen, but I hadn’t looked at the different models. The salesperson was so kind and never pushy. He showed me the differences in the models with great detail. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes and I’m excited to get my new Speed Queen next week.

My stove was fixed just fine once all the parts had arrived. Tom and his crew were very courteous and kind. After numerous delays and replacement parts caused Elmira, Tom got my stove has my stove working again. Thank you!

The service call went better than expected. I learned about a couple of settings to make my whirlpool washer work even better. After we experienced extremely low voltage, the service tech checked the control board and the rest of the washer. He was able to confirm that the washer control board was fine. No high pressure tactics just an honest evaluation.

Chad did a fantastic job working with us on a new dishwasher. He was very personable with us and shared his knowledge to guide us to our purchase. Top notch job and I will most certainly recommend Chad and Millars to anyone I run across in need. Thanks Chad, we are very happy campers!
