I had another sprinkler company that told me I needed a new well. I reached out to Millbrook they sent out a technician and they were able to save me thousands of dollars and going a repair to my pump. They are now my new sprinkler and I am very happy with them. I highly recommend them. Very professional office and staff..

These people are thieves. Save your money, and save your sanity. Came to service my pressure tank, the tech stepped on and cracked the spigot pipe. Said they would return the following day, but took a week instead… and they wanted to charge me to fix what they broke! Now because I don’t want to use their service anymore for obvious reasons, they refuse to reimburse me for the winterization appointment I prepaid for. Customer beware!

Millbrook stand out not only for their efficiency and expertise but also because they show that they care for their customers and put them first, ensuring they are always happy with the job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I can not give enough glowing compliments to Millbrook Lawn Sprinklers! Debbie and her staff are absolutely wonderful! They do fantastic work and they are always extremely responsive if you need assistance of any kind! I wish I could give them 6 stars! Best sprinkler company in NJ!

Very sad how far this company has fallen since it sold. They dont do what you ask for and they blow off appointments regularly. My neighbors and I have all had the same experiences this year and it’s really sad. Debi never calls back to confirm appointments and they over charge for 15 mins worth of work I have the camera footage to confirm what they were there for and what they billed payed for 2 guys and one stood next to the truck on his phone. They also downplay women. My complaint was to add more heads which I would have paid a four figure price on inside they blew off what my wife said and did what they felt like. Very disappointed in how they treat customers. Take your business elsewhere and save the money
