Dan and Millennium Home Renovations did fantastic work on our near 100 year old farmhouse. We had a side porch and balcony that was rotting away to the point we were afraid to let the kids on there. Dan was able to repair the rot, enclose the side porch while still allowing us to keep the balcony above by installing a roofing membrane to prevent rain from coming in to the enclosed room below. Dan and his crew were wonderful. They worked carefully and cleanly. They were communicative and were able to adjust or change things as they came up without issue. Whenever we wanted to change something, Dan accommodated us.
