If I could leave negative stars I would. I had a 14k gold necklace with me and did NOT feel safe putting it in my small purse in case it fell out. I put it in the cup holder thinking our car would be looked after by the two men who valeted our car. The necklace was gone on returning. Save your money and your belongings and DO NOT trust these people. When we spoke to the garage manager, he said they are not liable for belongings in the car - that mindset is convenient since the only people who had access and our keys were them. I’m let down by this and will never park here again. I was also in charge of clearing this necklace, so watch out to the person who did steal this. Waited 45 min to exit and it had nothing to do with traffic. Everyone was having issues with the exit gates and attendants were arguing with them. They should have just opened the gates and let people leave. Almost everyone had already paid. People were super upset.

This was a clean garage and a good place to park the car for walking the Freedom Trail. The prices were reasonable (compared to New York City). We used Spot Hero to locate and pay for the parking pass. To scan the code, you need to use the main machine when entering the garage. Not the odd scanner to the left of the machine. There is security and a payment office in the event that things aren't working correctly.

Arrived before 9am, tried to leave at 12:45pm but they tried to charge $40 instead of the advertised $22 rate (which they require you to be out after 1pm). Employee on the machine wouldn’t give the rate so we backed up and wait 15 mins… what a dumb policy! Also incredibly narrow spots, so good luck parking any SUV.

Don’t park here unless you want something stolen or your car keyed w no help from these people. Its ok. I pray and believe hard on karma. With the help of police friends to I know for sure I will get the person who ruined my car. The fact that there is a camera as well that I have yet to see any video of anything makes it more exciting because its obviously probably an employee. I will believe what I want until someone SHOWS otherwise!
