Huge waste of 3 weeks of our time. The sales rep, Brian, gave the estimate and was very nice. The install needed to be on a Friday afternoon. The week of our scheduled install I called on Monday and spoke to Marilyn, who does scheduling. Confirmed for Friday after 1:00. When I called on the day of the appointment Marilyn said she had rescheduled for the previous Wednesday and there was no way they could do it on the Friday. I left 3 messages on Brian's cell and 1 at his office number to schedule for the next Friday. Never got a call back. I spoke to Marilyn again who said that they couldn't do the next week either and that she "didn't think they could meet our needs". She took my phone number to pass on to Mr. Miller for a return call but said, "I don't know if he will call you back

Did an excellent job. And the 2 gentlemen that did the job. where very polite and professional. And Maryland who i spoke with to set up the appointment was very helpful.

Called 3 times for an estimate. Even after the girl answering the phone said she’d make sure some one would call me, no call. Guess they don’t want business.

This company is the one to go to when you need installation work done great customer services price is right and most of all the hard working men that come out and get in that extremely hot attic and do the hard work fast and right on time you won’t be disappointed that’s for sure thanks to you all

They came quickly to take measurements, scheduled the job to be done, workers showed up promptly and finished in no time at all.
