Travis & other helper came and installed our mini-split heat system. They did excellent work & had us up & running same day. We are very pleased with their work & the Mitsubishi heat pump works beyond our expectations. They are very professional & indicated they have installed over 50 of these units this year. They know what they are doing. The office even registered our warranty with Mitsubishi & emailed us the warranty info. Overall great service & highly recommend their services. Kudos to Miller Plumbing.

We have been customers of Miller Plumbing and Heating for a number of years. Most recently, we had a major water issue after the polar vortex where we had a pipe that sent water into our basement. We were without water. In 24 hours, Miller sent Nathan to come to our rescue. Nathan was a fantastic plumber, reinstalling the outdoor spigot better than it had been originally installed, knowing tricks for getting our old well pump running again, and demonstrating a high level of professionalism--all in two hours! We appreciate our issue being dealt with so quickly and directly. Thank you, Nathan!

One of the coldest days of the year and no heat - Nest thermostat failure, brrrrrrrrr! Doug arrives, investigates, and finds that the furnace is good, phew! Doug confirms it's the Nest thermostat. He makes a trip to the truck and returns with an "old school" thermostat. He hooks it up, and we're back in the hot air business! Thank you, Miller Plumbing, thank you, Doug!

This entire experience was above and beyond what I had hoped for, from the initial call I made to set up an appointment with the office ladies to the appointment with the very professional gentleman who came into our home and went over all the options I had to select from as far as purchase and installation of a new TRANE forced air natural gas furnace, I was offered my choice of 2 units, we live in a old company house I chose the 2-stage unit which definitely was the best investment for me, the estimate was mailed to me, I was very satisfied with my estimate and moved forward with ordering my new furnace and purchasing it the same day, the office personnel was very prompt and professional with scheduling my installation of my new furnace, the 2-techs that showed up on time, actually a lit
