Been using Miller pump for over 10yrs. Under a year ago Miller came and replaced submersible pump. Almost 2 months ago the check valve went bad,called Miller pump and scheduled and no show. Called again were going get to it ,im working out of town so wife calls same thing. Long story short no return call hey we got busy which is understandable but no completey ghosted. We'll the check valve falls under warranty for the recent install. But had get another company to come and repair, their charging $415. Good luck on that,highly disappointed and poor business practices.

Called to request service, late Wednesday evening. The owner was courteous and forthcoming that it would probably be the next day. Thursday morning, his Techs were onsite. They assessed the issue and had the well pump pipe replaced in no time. The pipe had been busted by downed trees. Grateful, they came out to help us get the water back on!

Fantastic.. we had a problem with our pump. I called everyone around, nobody wanted to come out to help. He came out and helped on the Sunday that was Mother's Day. Friendly and quick, I really appreciate your assistance.

Needed a new pump control box after lightning hit and couldn’t find one anywhere. Called Millers pump and even though they didn't have the one I needed, he explained what I could do and how to get it done. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely using them when the bigger problems arise. Thank you Millers pump
