I used them to do our parking lot and they do a wonderful job. They are very professional , easy to work with and very flexible . This is now the 4th time I used and all at different sites . Mike and Roger are the best !

We hired Miller Seal Coating at the Floridays Orlando Resort. Our Asphalt was starting to show its age. We had a couple of areas where the the tree roots were pushing the Asphalt up and the curbing needed repaired. After Roger, Mike and his team finished our job the place looked amazing. It really gives the property a new fresh look. They were awesome!

We used Miller to sealcoat the streets in our neighborhood. They did a horrible job and so our HOA Board got them to come back and reapply certain areas and make it right. However it has been a terrible result. You can't go anywhere in our neighborhood without seeing large area where the sealcoat is already gone after only a few months. What a waste of money! DO NOT USE THEM.

Mike and his crew did a wonderful job on three of our properties they were efficient on time and the work speaks for itself we are very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks Mike was great answering all our phone calls and answering all of our questions
