Michael Karns is a great local roofer, and I’m honestly so glad I went with him. From start to finish the experience was smooth and stress free. The finished product looks great, and the quality of the work really shows. What stood out most was how easy Michael was to reach any time I had a question and he was quick to respond and explain everything clearly. I was originally denied, but Michael stayed on it, helped get the denial overturned, and got me approved for a full roof replacement. That alone made a huge difference for me and I’m extremely grateful. Great dude, great communication, great work. If you’re looking for a reliable local roofer who will actually go to bat for you, Michael will get you right.

We have had an excellent experience with Miller Storm. They replaced our entire stone coated steel roof after taking off the two shingle ones underneath. Any damages that accidentally occurred were quickly repaired without argument. Johnothan and Jordan were the representatives that managed the roof replacement and the whole team worked tirelessly to bridge communication with my insurance company. The also co-ordinated additional siding works with their preferred contractor to change out siding while the roof was off. The job was completed to an excellent standard and I’m really happy with the work. It looks fabulous. I hope I don’t but if I need my roof replacing again I will be picking Miller Storm.

The contractors who completed the roof, gutters, garage doors, and painting were incredible—the quality of their work was truly top-notch. I was also very pleased with how smoothly everything went with the insurance company, thanks to Luke and the team’s support. I hope I don’t have storm damage again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely choose this company again. I’m so pleased with everything they did. Highly recommend!
