Miller Transit Mix Concrete

Order 3 yards of concrete for 3pm. Get a call at 2:15 saying drivers ready We say no 3 thanks Concrete arrives for 3pm Driver complains entire time about wanting to go home We are pouring a cement pad measurements done 6x and calculated 6x Driver jumps outta truck and informs us its empty. We are easily a YARD SHORT Driver stands around instead of getting back in truck and going to get the rest that was short After much debate he finally leaves to go get more but not before insisting the customer was going to have to pay MORE even though it was the business/driver who filled truck error Driver returns with remainder and then proceeds to hand the customer a SECOND invoice for the cost of the concrete AND delivery!! Phones calls made to office. Was told someone has to pay the overtime!!!

Ordered 2 yards 6 bag mix for a DIY patio. Driver arrived within the 30 minute window, was very professional and didn't waste any time. Product laid out beautifully, would 100% recommend Miller. call 3-4 days in advance, confirm day before. weekend slots fill up quick.

Before writing this review I waited a week to reflect and review objectively after my experience with this company. I am a construction contractor who specializes in concrete and excavation. Last weekend we had an 8 yard patio scheduled, but we had to do the step, a square, and a pad before the patio. Well, we ordered the two yards from Miller. They said 3:30 pm delivery time and that they'd call before hand (I called twice to make sure they would confirm). 3:30 rolls around, no truck. 4:00, no truck or call still. 4:30 rolls around, finally the driver shows up halfway through me messing around with a part on my skid steer that's been acting up. So at that point my skid steer was no longer ready to pour and I had to wheel the concrete because they did not give me literally any notice or c

Top notch mud! These guys were on time and ran our trucks seamlessly. Gayle told me he’d deliver our mud himself if his guys were going hunting. But that wasn’t necessary, they were there and on time, however I did appreciate the offer knowing we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Delivery was supposed to be 330pm, we wanted earlier. They didnt show up until after 430pm after 2 phone calls. Sun goes down by 6pm. We got almost no sunlight. My patio guy had to work in the dark we had to get lights etc. It was a mess. No discount no apology. Very disorganized. I was highly disappointed. It really screwed us.
