We had booked through a company called Michigan Air Duct Cleaning because the company we used in the past was no longer offer duct cleaning service. They came to clean our ducts and dryer vents on August 24th. From the start things weren't going well. They had given us a large time block for arrival and still showed up two hours after the upper end (after I had to call twice to find out where they were). After the service we were told that we would be sent photos of the ducts (before and after) but those never came. This is a nice service that most companies offer because it's the only way for you to see that they actually cleaned (which now I have my doubts). My lady and I used Justin for duct cleaning and a chimney sweep on a new home purchase, the entire experience from start to finish was extremely professional. Justin went above and beyond with a quick scheduling even a week prior to Thanksgiving just so we would be able to move into our new home quickly. I almost wish I had another house to have him visit, that is how positive the experience was. Will be using his services each year going forward, and you would be wise to do the same!

Schedule them to come out for a Chimney sweep. The person never showed up, we called the mainline to see where the tech was at and they said they would call us back with an update but never did. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will not call them again.
