Millers Carpet One Floor & Home

My husband and I have always depended on Millers for flooring needs. They have installed carpets and now luxury vinyl for us. We asked them to help us replace old vinyl in our new condo. We chose a vinyl that unfortunately was formulated incorrectly at the manufacturer. Craig and Sharon fought hard for us and we got a complete redo. We are so happy with the product we have now and grateful to Craig and Sharon for their hard work and doggedness. The installer, Jesus, does beautiful work and is a hard worker at the job site. He manages his installation team well. Love Millers Carpet One. You get good service when you work with a good company. Highly recommend. Rich and Barb Morriss

Mike Matheny is a top-notch carpet cleaner with years of experience on the Monterey Peninsula. I just had to write a review. He really knows his stuff and is generous with his knowledge...especially about air quality, breathing, and even things like condensation on single-pane windows. Professional, informative, and highly recommended.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was referred by the manufacturer to this business to inquire about a specific type of flooring. Rather than offering guidance or helping me find a solution, the person I spoke with seemed more interested in ending the call than assisting. I was made to feel as though I should already be an expert on flooring, which came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. As a local Seaside resident with multiple properties, I value quality customer service — and based on this interaction, I will not be supporting this business moving forward.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’d give negative stars! We are waiting over two months for carpet we already paid for. Casey the manager calls from multiple numbers, literally blowing off our installment. We have been promised numerous times specific dates and then are called the morning of being told they just aren’t going to come. She refuses to find a solution and expects us to continue to wait. Casey now won’t answer her phone for us anymore. Half our home has no floors, nails sticking out of it, and the other half is storing the items that we could move from that room. The safety and consideration of the customer is their last priority. We have been living in disarray for way to long. I would recommend ANY ONE ELSE. My three year old has better customer service abilities.

From the first meeting, Sharon made sure the shades were what we wanted. Installation was on time and professional. All three shades operate on the same remote, either in unison or separately.
