We just had a HVAC system installed by technicians Kaylee and Luis. Both were professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Our salesman, Tyler, educated us on the different HVAC systems and came to our house the morning of the installation. We are very happy customers.

First available emergency service for a home with a broken furnace is one week out. The dispatcher and other people were friendly and courteous, but if you need help with ensuring your pipes don’t freeze, this is not the company to call.

We just had Miller’s install a new Bosch heat pump. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with… from Jackson the estimator to Louis and Kaylee the installers and Mary in the office. Miller’s has a great operation with a terrific group of employees. Top notch service and competitive pricing.

HIGHLY Recommend Pritchard Fallin for your HVAC needs! I am very happy with the professionalism and care the team at Pritchard Fallin offered me while getting my new HVAC! They were knowledgeable and explained the process well. As you can see I really needed a new unit , my old one was all rusted and not efficient. My new HVAC works like a charm.

Once again, the folks at MILLER’S came out to pump out the septic system. Jeremy and Caleb called on the way and asked me if I wanted them to pick up anything on the way to my house! They were wonderful. They were polite and professional. I haven’t seen such professionalism in a very long time!
