I went through a lot of companies with my pool. Miller Marcite was subcontracted from the first pool resurface that I had to do and although the contractor was shady, they really did a good job and kept me updated throughout the whole process. After the hurricane we had to resurface the pool again. Dana was the first call I made. Because he had done the previous one, and knew what was under there he was really good to me on pricing. Again, they did an outstanding job and he followed up with me for a month making sure that the pool was the way it needs to be. I even hired them to do our Pool care. Dana and Miller Marcite site Is a very fair, Ethical and reliable company. I’m so grateful I found them.

Miller Marcite gave extraordinary service from start to finish. Competitive pricing with better materials and service. They took an empty pool and made it beautiful with pebble blue Marcite. They handled every question I had and got to work fast. James gave outstanding attention and came to my aid several times. Being out of town at time of pool fill time he provided references for some one to take care of pool and get the chemicals stabilized in first 30 days. This company goes up and beyond to address all needs. I cannot recommend highly enough! The other companies I got quote from had asterisks and hidden cost while Miller gave straight up pricing. Millers Marcite recently refinished our pool in Englewood. When contacted, they promptly arranged for a quote, provided a competitive price, began the project quickly, and stayed on the job once started and completed it within 3 days. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They also promptly responded to questions during the startup period. Thank you!

Millers Marcite stole $4,800 by leaving me with a pool in worse condition than when they started. Everything started like a normal job would with decent communication, but once Dana found out that the pool was a mess , communication was nonexistent. He blew me off for two weeks by either not answering calls or text , to telling me the marmite rep wanted to look at it (which never happened) to buy him another day or two. the pictures speak for themselves and now I'm left with a pool that is miss colored and has ledges on the floor of the pool.

I hired them in 2018 to re-marcite my existing pool. They did a pretty poor job and overtime it has looked even more terrible. I am having it redone again this year. I called them three times to see if they would like another chance to stand by their work but received no response. I would not recommend them at all and consider it a major risk to do business with them.
