When you call Frank Miller he shows up ready to work!! In one afternoon Frank and his crew took down a very big and rotten tree that was close to power lines and our home. Very professional and skilled in his profession. Thank you for helping us out.

Will promptly come to your property to review your situation and provide a reasonable quote. Will give you a time-frame which comes and goes. You provide follow up calls that eventually lead to "we'll be out middle of next week", and then never hear from them again. Don't bother any additional follow up calls at that point because they will not be returned. Over two months of runaround and we are moving on. Clearly needs a secretary/office admin and a calendar.

Bob was great. He came out, evaluated the situation and explained everything to me. He was able to complete the job the same week.
