We have utilized this company for sometime. The father is good and does great work. The sun I believe is no longer involved. His name is Mac. He’s one of the most dishonest people I’ve met. The amount of time and money and extra work that this man has caused me and my family is inexcusable. I would avoid this company at all costs unless you are dealing with the owner and the father. Do not do any business with Mac at all. We own a fair amount of commercial and residential property and we know the difference between good work and bad work. And we also know the difference between overcharged and being taken advantage of. I would be very careful if you work with this company and make sure you have everything in writing. And deal with the elders instead of the son. We have been forced to

My new mini split was a diy project that went wrong. I called and left a message and at 1pm she called me back saying he could come out now. One of our copper lines had busted! He had to fix that and get the moisture out of our system. He was very honest on the hours he spent. He was friendly and did not judge us for breaking it! I will definitely use them in the future!

They wouldn’t even come and look at my air-conditioning unit to try and tell me what is wrong with it to be able to give me an estimate on how much it might cost. They literally just wanted me to let them come and start working on it and the cost would be just whatever the cost would be once they got done. Not a chance.

We have been very happy with service from Stoughton’s. They’ve always been timely and have done a great job. Definitely a hard-working group who we can count on for excellent service!!

My AC went down just as the summer weather kicked in. It was actually warmer in the house than it was outside. Stoughton came quickly and addressed the issue immediately. It's hot outside and cool inside and I am immensely grateful. Thank you!
