Millgate Homes | Basement Finishing

We recently had the pleasure of working with Millgate Homes to finish our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It was a large-scale project with plenty of custom design elements, Millgate handled every detail. Eric and his team brought our vision to life with beautiful craftsmanship and thoughtful touches that make the space feel both functional and inviting. Every corner reflects our personal style, and the quality and intention we hoped for. Our basement is now one of our favorite places to be!

Of all the contractors we reviewed when choosing someone to finish our basement, Millgate Homes was the most professional and competent company and gave us a very cost-efficient bid. They were also able to start the work within a few weeks of me signing the contract. They completed our basement apartment on schedule (maybe even slightly ahead) and within budget, and they did a beautiful job! The subcontractors were polite and easy to work with, and Eric or his son were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, usually within hours. After dealing with other contractors now, I am even more impressed with them. They do what they say they will do, and they are honest and professional, and that is hard to find these days! I would highly recommend them.

Millgate Homes finished our basement and they were wonderful to work with. Eric came out and took measurements and knew more information about how we should do our layout then the original builder of the home. It was then that we decided to go with Millgate. They were reasonably priced and their finish work is really good. They were good with communicating with us through the process and fixed anything that we asked. I have already recommended them to many of my neighbors.
