What a pleasure to work with this great business. Travis took the time to educate us on our options and gave us a good bid. We shopped around quite a bit before choosing them. Awesome experience. As others have mentioned, their communication is superb, the quality of work is fantastic, and they get you taken care of incredibly fast. One thing I'd like to add, though, is how good they are at working with your insurance. Our original roof had been installed with a bad batch of shingles that started falling apart after around 15 years. During a bad windstorm, a bunch of shingles came off and I submitted a claim with the insurance. I mentioned that the roof was in bad overall shape, but the insurance company only agreed to pay for the wind damage. I called RB & Sons to get an estimate and Travis came out the next day. We had a frustrating experience with our insurance, which initially wasn’t going to cover anything for our roof. Another inspector only got approval for a very small section. We were stressed and unsure of what to do next. That’s when I searched for a highly rated and reputable company—and I’m so glad I found this one! Had the ridge blow loose from high winds. I Called R.B. roofing and Travis came out in a couple days as agreed upon. He went over and above explaining the issue and fixes for what in reality was a minor job. He definitely over delivered on service and quality. He was out sooner than agreed upon and had it done promptly. He explained other issues that may come up on the future and sealed a vent that had begun to drip. Excellent service and craftsmanship. Hopefully I won't need them any time soon but if I do or others need a recommendation. R.B.& sons will be the first
