We hired Millwood Roofing & Co. for water-damage siding and fascia repair. The quotes kept changing - from $2,800 for all rotted wood replaced to around $6,300 for what was described as major framing repair. After cutting into the garage drywall myself, I found the framing was still the old, original boards — not replaced as claimed. Chase, the project manager, was difficult to reach and missed multiple appointments. The construction debris then sat in our yard for nearly two weeks with no updates. He said he’d come to review the work but instead sent the debris crew, saying they could answer my questions — they couldn’t.
