MILO INSULATION

It definitely was a cheaper option than some of the other products, like spray foam. Fiberglass and cellulose may be cheaper at the first, but in the long run Milo is without a doubt cheaper. The square footage was a little bit more than the living. When I first saw that I questioned it, but the explanation made sense. In the attic it is a complete open space whereas in the house there are walls. To get the SF you measure in-between the walls. They sent a picture of a satellite view of where they got the SF. It clearly did not include the garage, and the SF of the house will NEVER include the garage. The paperwork clearly stated that the garage was not included. I asked if they could include the garage and they said sure, but the square footage would increase. I chose not to incl

I highly recommend Milo Insulation. They are dependable, competent with installation, and easy to work with. The crew is exceptional. Milo Insulation removed existing insulation and installed new Milex attic insulation. Everyone we worked with was very professional and courteous. With over 2500 square feet of attic space, the job took 2.5 days to complete. Each day the crew made sure everything was cleaned up. We are excited to have a "green" product that is biodegradable and will last a lifetime.

MILO is by far the best investment for your attic! The team is exceptional, from the sales rep to the installation team. They were on time, quick and completely out of our way. Not one hint of a mess after they left and 3 gentlemen were extremely friendly. Thanks a ton, fellas!

They installed spray foam insulation in our Kennel building and the job was done very well. I would have gave them 5 stars but they didn't seem to have much accurate communication with there sub contractors who performed the job
