Commenting here on the installation experience only. Sean from MiniSplits USA Wardensville location came promptly at 9am as booked. I was surprised that he was the sole technician to install the Extreme Heat AC floor unit. It was a lot of work for him, constantly switching from inside to outside locations. He spent about 7 hours working on a complete unit installation. Testing went well. The outdoor piece is quite quiet, which is a good thing. Since it is still a perfect weather, we have not kept the unit on - too cool for air conditioner and not cold enough for the heat. So, I cannot comment on how well the unit performs. I can come back to add, when we actually use the unit during the colder weather. This is for the 12.000 BTU floor unit. Thank you, Sean!

We had a new mini-split system installed in our home and are very pleased with our choice. The two installers were knowledgeable and efficient and did a great job on the installation. We got bids from three other companies and Mini-Split USA had the best price by far. We have only had our new equipment for three days but can say we love how efficient and quiet the unit is. Highly recommend this company.

Great install from Mini Splits USA -- Sean and Austin were polite and made efficient use of their time. They worked together professionally, despite the record high temps outside. They had thorough knowledge of the system we chose. Also, thanks to Tyler, who have us our estimate, for his insight into choosing the right mini split for an A-frame house.

The 2 man crew that installed the units were fantastic! I am very pleased with the work and their respect. Both young men were extremely polite and took care in proper placement of everything. I recommend this company with 5 stars 🌟 🤩 Sorry, I'm away from home. No photos at this time.
