We set up an appointment to discuss service options this morning. Not even an hour later, Robert, the sales representative stopped by to get our service plan set up. Robert was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was also able to get someone to come out today to spray. Great customer service and company. I highly recommend using this company if you need immediate service.

Robert Reynolds quickly came out to our house to assess and provide a quote. He was friendly and tailored our treatment to our situation and budget. Vanessa called immediately to schedule the service and was very friendly. Chandler arrived the very next morning to perform the first treatment. He was very polite and informative.

Called Pesti for a mouse problem. The person I spoke to on their phone line was very nice, and stated someone would come do an initial inspection and recommendation later that day. Teresa came to do the inspection and arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window I was given. She was very patient and listened to my concerns and pointed out several issues that could be the cause of my mouse issue and gave a solid recommendation as to how the issue could be fixed. I had also had bug problems earlier in the year, so I asked about a general treatment, and Teresa explained their services thoroughly and patiently, while not attempting to forcefully sell me on their services (which I very much appreciate). Petti came to us highly recommended by my employer, so we called and they were quick to send someone to have a look at our situation. After the initial inspection to see what action needed to be taken we were scheduled very quickly. The exterminator, Clarence, actually got to our house early and was very respectful of us, our home, pets, and belongings. We’re looking forward to further treatments and interactions with Petti and their employees.
