Valerie has been fantastic in every way possible. We chose sandstorm and exclusive color they offer. I am very excited about a walk in shower feel much safer because of medical issues. Valerie was very helpful with getting the financial and other issues that came up. A very pleasant experience for sure.

We had an excellent experience with with company when we were looking for siding for our house. Bill went out of his way to find the color we were looking for when it wasn't in their normal inventory, the office staff kept us informed with scheduling and the crew was fantastic to work with, always had time to answer questions , did a wonderful job on the job itself and cleaned up all leftover materials when done. I would highly recommend Minnesota's 1'st Choice , they are on our radar if any more projects come up in the future. We have received many compliments on our house's new look. Thanks again

These guys are amazing. They follow-up on the job, are professional, responsive, always on time and reliable. We had windows replaced a while ago, and now will ask them to help us change the front door. I highly recommend them!!

We had them expand a basement window and install an emergency egress "pit" so the room would become a legal and safe bedroom. This involved cutting in the foundation wall of the house. I was very stressed about cutting in the foundation, so I was not about to do that myself. I researched contractors, and got a few quotes. They made me the most confident and they did a great job at a fair price. When they dug out the well, I don't know how they did it, but they use a shovel and cut a lazer like hole that barely fit the well. I like how they refinished the window jamb to match the style of the house. This was in 2018. It is now 2025 and no cracks in the foundation wall or shifting of the window casing. THere was minimal soil settling around the well.. so they clearly did a quality profession
