I used Minute Key for my daughters new home keys 3 weeks ago and they worked great. I tried to make copies for my home but none of them worked so I contacted Minute Key and not only did they respond within 24 hrs they gave me a full refund! Customer service was great, I’ll use Minute Key again and recommend recommend them!
I love the Minute Key kiosk at Lowes. The keys are always made accurately and it is so convenient. Seems like some keys are a little pricey but it is well worth it. Have been using the kiosk for years and love it!
Extremely hard to use. If paying with cash, the system will accept exact change only. In most cases you pay more. (e.g., $9.50 is the total. To pay with cash the customer must put in $10.00) No change given! That is not acceptable. Also, there have many times I had to swipe my credit card several times before your system would accept my card(s) Overall, thats bush league.
These ppl are very rude the woman keeps hanging up in my face after she told me they have no service in Corsicana Tx but is located in Corsicana Tx!!!!!! These ppl are rude!!!!! -10/10
It was very quick and easy. The keys fit perfectly. I will use the service again in the future. The price was very reasonable.
