Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

We had an older fiberglass tub shower combo in a very unattractive tan/almond color. We learned of Miracle Method at the Home Show in Monroe on October 19. Nick, the Operations Manager, was super responsive and answered my many questions about refinishing, gave us a quote and scheduled the tech out very quickly. Tim arrived yesterday when expected. He was very personable, efficient and skilled. Within 3 hours, we had a beautiful new refinished white tub/shower! Highly recommend.

We needed our 35 year old tile, tub and vanity countertop resurfaced. Was looking pretty grungy. So glad we contacted Miracle Method. Wow - This was a GREAT experience from start to finish. Drew came out to give us an estimate, and was able to help us through choices. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Price was a great value so we went ahead and booked. Install - Sonny was our install tech. Great communication, showed up on time, and kept us informed throughout the install. We really enjoyed having Sonny in our house and working on our project. Project came out great! Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

LOVE the result - it's like we installed new tile on our bathroom countertop and shower! We hired Miracle Method to refinish one bathroom vanity (that was pink tile) and two bathroom showers that were also pink tile. The result is great - looks new. The technician who did the job was meticulous and professional - he came back to do some touch-ups to ensure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend!

The process was pretty seamless. Loren, our estimator, had been to a couple of our rental homes to give us estimates on resurfacing tubs, minor repairs, resurfacing sinks, etc before. This is actually the 2nd time Miracle Method has been to our Everett Condo for resurfacing and repair work. Both times were very smooth. Eric, the technician who actually did the work did a fantastic job for us. Both Loren and Eric answered all of my questions and I received a follow up call from Eric the next day asking if I had seen the work and if I had any concerns. Miracle Method has been our primary contractor for this type of work and we will continue to use them as needed.

He was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly respectful of our space. Sunny took time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. The transformation is amazing—our bathroom looks brand new! Highly recommend Miracle Method, and if you can, ask for Sunny. His work is top-notch!
