Tremendous work and tremendous service! The first thing I noticed was John's responsiveness and how quick the entire process took (Less than 3 weeks from initial call the project was completed). Not many companies still do Stone Veneer Step repair. If you live in South St. Louis, there's a good chance a Mirelli installed the stone veneer. They are experts. I am so pleased with the work!!! The steps were deteriorating rapidly (Photos 1-4) and now they look phenomenal (Photos 5-12)! THANK YOU MIRELLI TUCKPOINTING!!!

Mirelli Tuckpointing is a great company to do business with. They do everything you’d expect, but unfortunately don’t receive from many businesses. You can quickly sense after the first personal interaction Mirelli strives towards pleasing all of their customers all of the time. The skilled team member who arrived, Roberto, was a true gentleman and professional who was courteous, and did a great job matching the original mortar color, and tuck pointing skills are fantastic. Notice the chimney cap in this photo with angled sides and straight lines. It shows skill and pride in his work. I highly recommend this company for their exceptional customer service, and skilled tradesmen.

The estimator who came out to look at what work was required left me with a very positive feeling about the company - first impressions count for a lot. The 2 man team that completed the work did a fantastic job and were very personable. When calling into the office the interaction was extremely positive. We had a great experience with Mirelli Tuckpointing. They recently completed three sides of our house (the fourth side was done about eight years ago), and the quality and speed of the work really stood out. They originally estimated two sides in the time they ended up completing all three—finished in just three days—without sacrificing quality. The workmanship is excellent, and they matched the color of the previous tuckpointing perfectly, which mattered a lot on a 100-year-old home.
