Absolutely amazing service and sweet people! We have unfortunately dealt with two wrecks in the last three months and both times have had our vehicles towed to Misfit. The girl that runs the desk and phone is so sweet and helpful. The men are knowledgeable and also so kind! When dealing with a crummy situation nothing is better than having people who are kind and helpful! Fingers crossed we don’t need anything towed for a long time, but, if we do, we will most definitely be using Misfit!

Would give 0 stars but not aloud to! Whoever answers the phone is very rude and not helpful at all. Was hung up on. Tried to get my cat from them but not open 24 hours to get car back just for towing. Wouldn't even meet me to get my wallet and valuables out of the vehicle.. Would never recommend to anyone. Horrible customer service!!! Stay Clear!!!

All-around excellent service from start to finish. They arrived very quickly, about 10 minutes after hanging up with their dispatcher, and even with it being around 2 a.m. they were so kind and informative about what to expect as it was the first time I've ever had to call for towing. They took the terror right out of my nightmare experience with much appreciated humor and grace and without making me feel like a dumb girl in anyway, haha. But as if all that weren't enough, they were also beyond reasonably priced. They definitely made a customer for life, and I will highly recommend them to anyone any time the need arrises.

These guys are amazing. I had a disabled vehicle that would have cost quite a bit to tow and Mike recommended a guy to go where my vehicle was down and repair it for a comparable price. It saved me being without transportation and saved me alot of money. I would highly recommend this local company. They were very honest and very helpful and I cant thank them enough!

Good people! They replaced bedsides on my dodge truck and did some spot painting. Fair pricing and easy to communicate with. Give them a chance, they will earn your buisness.
