Mission Restoration

Started my project. Stated they were a one stop shop. My insurance company approved shingles, downspouts and screens. MISSION replaced shingles. Tore up decorative rock near flashing. They got a quote for gutters. And then never came back. They even sent a final invoice to State Farm. I had to notify insurance that my project wasnt complete. I never signed anything stating complete. They my insurance I finally got a contact. She stayed my PM was gone and she would get a new PM if I wanted to move forward. I agreed and once again several weeks later. No answer. No return calls or emails. I will now need to report them. My roof was replaced mid Jan. Rock area is covered in plastic . Austin was my PM in PV. Ryley N in Mesa gave me false hope. And this office location is not open! My neighbor

My project manager was Austin. A total roof replacement was necessary which involved filing an insurance claim.
