Be ready for very high pressure sales techniques, like those used at "time share condos". We called them out to put up two low hanging ceiling fans. When they arrived, they claimed they needed to do a full house walk through which took an hour. After the walk through, which included taking things apart that were not ceiling fan related, they had to sit at the table and go through all "the options" I had. Remember, it's just two ceiling fans. Option one was $7,890. By this time, I knew was going to send them away and find someone else. The lowest option for two fans was $800. I called another electrician. He did my fans for $135 each.

Huey did a great job with the electrical repairs at my home, but the call center and office provided extremely poor customer service. I had a no call no show and was promised by Keagan and Belinda that I would receive a call back from Jarros regarding pricing questions, never happened. There was a refund issued for the Club Membership in the amount of $99.00 since there was no evidence of credit amounts on my invoice. The only thing that showed was a Member Savings but no backup for this supposable credit. A flush mount light was installed in the dining room, and I was charged for a chandelier, a difference of $107.00 which will be disputed thru my credit card company since I cannot get any response from the office.

$458 dollars to replace 5 light switches. Absolutely ridiculous, quoted me another $500 to fix the ceiling light I originally called them about. Told them to get out and called a handy man instead Paid him $60 two hours later and my light was fixed. NEVER AGAIN, absolute scam.

Called Mister Sparky out to my place to check on an outlet in the laundry room, at the suggestion of my plumber. They gave 3 quotes: $9800, $6500, and $1300. It seems strange that their course of action would be so different… $1300 versus $9800? I got two competitive quotes and both other electricians said there was no problem to begin with. Definitely felt like I was being scammed by Mister Sparky.

This company will not return calls. My 90yo mother called Mister sparky to replace a couple GFCI receptacles that were bad. (I had her test them while I was on the phone, 2 didn't reset, unfortunately I live almost 6 hours away so not able to just pop over and replace these $20/piece GFCI receptacles). She called on a Monday morning and a technician was there around 10am. He replaced 3 GFCI receptacles and also 3 af breakers. Done a little after noon so a little over 2 hours work plus parts. Af breakers are around $35 each while GFCI receptacles are $20 each and less. Total parts would be let's say $175-$200 to be generous.
