Mister Sparky of Middle Georgia

Just don't. If I could give zero stars I would. I hope he is ok and able to retire. But no sense of communication at all. I sat at home for MONTHS after being told he would be here. Everytime I called I was told he would be here. Never once did he show on the day or on time. He didn't finish the job, nor did I get a courtesy call that he was NEVER going to finish. After approximately 3k already paid and there IS NO ONE ELSE in the area to finish the job. HE is the only Mr Sparky in Central Georgia. Please do not call Jeff Brazil if you value your time and money. Nothing personal, but professionally Mr. Sparky is a waste. Mr Sparky is owned by Authority Brands, so it's a franchise that does not have your back. And if you do have a complaint, good luck getting to their 'You Win" guarantee. N

Mr. Jeff Brazil did a fantastic job installing my EVSE! He was on time and professional. Everything looks good and works as it should. Would definitely use again in the future.

Won't schedule an appointment just wasted your time rescheduling and rescheduling from the call center.

My power line went down because of a branch...I searched and came across this company. The electrician was very professional and talked me through what he was going to do. I received an invoice for less than he quoted which was a plus. I would recommend and use them again

Scheduled a service call for today between 11am-2pm. No call no show! Very disappointing. I made several calls throughout the day and each time the agent was unable to reach dispatcher or the technician. My husband also called when he got home and was told a supervisor was notified and would be calling. No call from them either! Glad some have had good experience with this company, but I definitely have not!
