I was very pleased with the service I received from Pruett Air Conditioning and Team! They were professional, prompt, and incredibly efficient in completing the installation of the mini-splits in my home. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and everything was up and running perfectly in no time. I appreciate their attention to detail and how smoothly the whole process went. They backed their work that was done a year ago. The technician did really good at diagnosing the problem. The service manger understood the situation and backed the work and made things right. Casey, serviceman, came out around 7:00 pm. Work consistently until about 9:00 pm. In the attic, under the house, back and forth, he did a great super job. Very professional!!!

I am very happy with the service I received from Pruett Air Conditioning. I was looking for a carrier to replace my old one which that company had went out of business. I lucked up and called Pruett and spoke with Lance and the rest is history. I would seriously recommend this company because of the outstanding service Knowledgeable and affordable rates. They were on time and professional. The techs who installed my unit did a wonderful job. I must say I am very cool now. Thanks Pruett for a job well done!!

Keith was the best service representative!! He gave me a quote before the pandemic hit and honored that quote a year later. He even organized the electrical repairs I needed before the installation of blown-in insulation. The crew showed up on time, worked, and reviewed the job when it was completed. The price was fair ( I got other quotes) and the workmanship was great! I will use Pruett again when it’s time for my ductless AC installation.
