My experience with your company was amazing and outstanding. Our service technician that took care of us Mr. Leteice was such a gentleman, he never rushed us and explained everything to us. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to others and Mr. Leteice. I will be doing business with them again. Wonderful job.

Oscar was great. He had to come back a different day after a couple hours of working for me because we realized my ceiling wasn’t drywall and didn’t have the right equipment. However, he was patient and attentive to my questions and requests. Would highly recommend Mr. Sparky (and Oscar) for anyone and any job. Thank you!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled Mister Sparky online because it said I would get a free estimate, but instead they tried to charge me almost $400 for a “diagnostic” even though nothing was fixed. The technician claimed he was 99% sure he could repair the issue, then tried to upsell me three ridiculous options ranging from $2,500 up to $12,000. He even said he restored power to the bedroom, but there wasn’t enough current to charge a phone. After arguing with the supervisor, they lowered the fee to $315, and I only paid because I felt bad for the tech, but the problem was still not fixed. I hired another company, paid $250, and they fixed it in under two hours. It was just a lost neutral connection in one outlet. Total waste of time and money. I disputed the charge for all the

Henderson was extremely professional, nice, and knowledgeable. He was able to help with all my electrical needs. Would highly recommend him for any future jobs in mind.

Dakota and Francis were very knowledgeable and helpful. Francis took a real look at our panel which was informative. There were a few things other electricians looked at and brushed off. Francis actually looked at it, and a switch was improperly installed so our outside lights never fully turn off. Was a good catch. Dakota did great work and answered questions along the way. What we were quoted is what we paid and the contract for work was transparent. They have a three year guarantee on their work which meant a lot to us. Would recommend. Thank you 🙌🏼
