The guy who came and brought oil on a same day order was a God send. We had a very rough experience with a competitor earlier this morning and they made the delivery quick and easy. $.40 cheaper/gallon than we were charged by the other company as well. Most importantly, the delivery driver was very kind and polite so they’ve got our business.

There was 12 feet of snow and the wind was a blowing, not a creature was stirring but then there were the Mitchell Fuel Clydesdales pulling their tanker to bring us oil... it was a Norman Rockwell meets Budweiser moment, you can not make this stuff up!... But I did... Great people. They have been around a long time for a reason... they stand behind their word. They are Old School Cool.... Call them

I highly recommend Mitchell plumbing. They gave me a quote the same day I called them which no other plumbing company offered. They said they will complete the work on a certain date. They updated me about the work they could do that day as there were unexpected ‘no heat calls’ from other customers. And they said they will complete the work the following day which they did. The best thing is they didn’t charge me for certain items as they didn’t have to replace the item but only had to do minor cleaning. That saved me a bunch of money. Overall I am very satisfied with Mitchell. Only minor point of improvement is they could have let me know the job is completed. My brother and I have used Mitchell Fuel for oil delivery, boiler service and a boiler install at four different properties for 15+ years. They are very knowledgeable and fair to deal with. Techs are happy to explain what they are repairing/replacing and why. Emergency weekend service has never been an issue. You might pay a few cents more for oil delivery, but the service and reliability are well worth it.
