Mitchell Heating and Cooling

My heat stopped working just as the temperatures started to drop. I called and scheduled an appointment very quickly. The tech that came out, Bill, was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to show me what the problem was and gave me suggestions for moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and professional. A wonderful experience all around and the house is nice and warm again:)

I had two hvac services completed by two different technicians. Logan and Jordan, both technicians were good at their jobs. They were personable and knowledgeable. Only reason for two visits was that the thermostat had to be replaced and it needed to be ordered. Which was inconvenient, why I deducted one star. Wanted to add the home is a new build surprised me that the thermostat already needed replacement.

Mitchell cooling and heating did an excellent job of installing this furnace and recently, was very impressed with the knowledge experience and honesty of their technician Logan. I had made a decision to go with another maintenance company and they used fear tactics for leverage to try to sell me a new furnace when one was not even needed. Mitchell came in and cleared up the air and I am going to stay with them moving forward I recommend Their services very much.

Jayvon Whitley was professional and very knowledgeable about the issues with our thermostat. I appreciate that he was able to get it replaced. I truly appreciate the time he took to explain the options that I had in replacing.

James was excellent! Very thorough, professional and detailed oriented. Took the time necessary to asses and remedy along with providing helpful information.
