I had an excellent experience at Mitchell’s Locksmith & Safe Co thanks to Jackie! I needed a new key made, and she was incredibly fast and efficient. Not only did she get the job done quickly, but she was also very pleasant and friendly throughout the process. Jackie’s professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and a friendly face!

This place has been around forever, and theres a reason for that. Because they're the best of the area.

I needed to rekey a new lock set and get new copies of the key. The service was done pretty quickly and reasonably priced. I recommend this business for any locksmith related services.

My experience with this company has only been great. They were able to fix an old lock, make a key for a different lock when I had no key and duplicate a double sided key that the "box" store.messed up 3 times. I found the staff very helpful and polite. Yes the prices for locks higher but the quality is better and I believe you get what you pay 4. Thanks guys for always providing excellent service

I recently attempted to call Mitchell's lock and safe during their listed business hours. To my great disappointment, the store was completely closed. The posted hours clearly indicated that they should have been open, but no answer and no voicemail. This is incredibly frustrating and a major inconvenience. As a customer, I expect businesses to adhere to their stated hours of operation. This lack of reliability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this company in the future and would advise others to do the same.
