Brian came by to take a first look and suggested replacing the ceiling, electric panel, sump pump, etc. He then sent in the General Manager Steve who came by on a Sunday to review our requirements in more detail. It was clear he was super knowledgeable in many areas and gave us suggestions for additional work, including fixing some of the exterior of the house, such as holes in the outer walls and under the gazebo, installing screen doors, replacing the gutters and more. Their communication was excellent and they were always open to questions. Steve’s extensive experience allowed him to notice some safety issues not related to the original scope of work and those items were able to be corrected so I feel confident in the safety of my house. Everyone associated with Mitten Made was a true pleasure to work with, and I won’t hesitate to use them for future projects.
