MJ Lock and Key

I heard a very good first hand account of their service. I just wanted to take the time to write about it. Customer satisfaction and thoroughly explaining options.

Absolutely wonderful service. I got stranded at my sister's house when my ignition lock cylinder decided to go out. After being stood up by another locksmith, I searched google and found MJ Lock and Key. Matt gave me upfront pricing on the phone and came out within about an hour. He worked quickly (in the freezing cold!) to replace the ignition lock cylinder and also the door lock cylinder which had gone out a few months prior. He had me up and running in no time, and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely use MJ Lock and Key for any locksmith needs I have in the future, and recommend that you do too!

I called MJ lock and key about 2 weeks ago because I lost keys to my motorcycle. They came out that same day and attempted to make a key for it. Due to the complicated nature of the key that needed made it wasn’t able to be completed on the spot however they were kind enough to pick my lock so that I could ride it home in the meantime. I then proceeded to go to 3 different locksmith companies that also could not make a key for it. I then proceeded to contact MJ lock and key again and they went above and beyond ordering a proper key blank and going so far as to send it to me out of state for no additional cost saving me well over a thousand dollars on a whole new ignition system. I can’t begin to say how happy I am with the customer service and the dedication to making sure that I got taken

Wonderful and helpful staff, fast, and affordable! I needed my key fob reshelled and received immediate service. Even the waiting room is fantastic! I hope to not need a Locksmith very often, but I like them so much I programmed them into my phone in the event that I do. I know a few people who need a LocksmithAnd will let them know as well.
