The interior units and condenser were installed according to the plan, but the rest of the installation process was difficult. At the end of day one, we were left with no heat overnight when outdoor temps fell to 32F. The basement was left an absolute mess. Tools and coils of wire left in walking paths. The 200 amp service upgrade took two days; one day for the panel changeout and another day for the meter replacement. We were without electricity for both days. The new outdoor meter was placed lower than the old one, exposing unpainted siding that clearly does not match the rest of the house. Communication ahead of time was excellent. A team of people showed up to get the job done in one day, so they were attentive to minimizing disruption. Everyone was professional and cleaned up after themselves. They laid down drop cloths so as not to track snow all over the house. Everything looks neat and tidy installed. The only negative points were a couple of smokers, only one of whom was mindful and smoked away from the house. The other (electrician) stunk up the entire house and left butts in my driveway. The other was the language barrier. It prevented me from asking questions I really wanted to ask and that remain unanswered. Overall, a professional team that knows what it’s doing.
