Michael and his team were awesome from start to finish. They efficiently replaced a ton of shutters with new ones and I'm pleased with the work performed. Communication with Michael was great to get the project started, and the crew on the job were great.
Had them take off on old deck and build a new one. Michael was fantastic to work with and very quick to respond to any questions I had. They did wonderful work and I love my new deck.
Very Poor follow through and communication. Have tried several times to contact Michael. With NO response!!!! Gave up on Michael…. Started to go through Lowe’s. He has told them that he would contact us with in 24 hour….. NOTHING!!!! Now Michael is saying it will be February before he has time on his schedule! Very frustrating!!!!!
They replied to my initial call so quickly. I got an appointment the same day with really fast service. Such good customer service!
Mike and his crew did an amazing job on our new front door!
