Ryan has completed two projects for us. He's always honest about what he can accomplish and set expectations for the project. The first project was our two car garage which looked crazy bad and was spalling. Ryan ground it smooth and applied the coating. I've spilled oil, grease, diesel and other fluids. They wipe right up with no staining. Ryan just completed our 32x30 garage. The concrete floor needed significant grinding to fix the surface differences. Ryan ground it smooth and you can even see the problems. Ryan also coated the 2" vertical concrete walls. The process filled the small voids in the wall. Ryan worked diligently to ensure the finished product was flawless.

Hands down the best experience with a contractor we ever had. From start to finish a level of customer service and respect you don't get too often in this area. We met him at the Fredericksburg Home Show and set up one of many quotes. The only quote that was not just a salesman trying to hook a sale, Ryan was honest, trustworthy and personable. There was no doubt who we wanted to do our pool project. The project started this week and Ryan has been amazing to work with. Every day the scope of work is explained to us and at the end of the day a briefing to explain the progress as well as the products used. The pool looks better than we thought. I had seen pictures, from different companies, of these floors and was intrigued. I have a split level duplex and had to have the kitchen and bathroom floors redone. This seemed like a good, durable and long lasting option. The kitchen floor had a crack in the concrete and a small heave and linoleum was always getting a bubble across it. I called to ask questions (lots of them) and Ryan assured me he could buff down the heave, do some filler and give me a floor I would love. I wasn’t completely convinced but decided to go for it.
