Anyone looking to hire a contractor in mass ABSOLUTELY DO NOT hire Matt Lagos. I had to go and finish one of his jobs because he took the clients money and Ran. Not to mention it was some of the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen in my life.
He tried to negate the written contract by threatening to put a lean on my house even though the contract stated upon completion of the job. He didn't complete the job when he tried to walk off of the job because he wanted payment. There were multiple issues ... not scraping properly, leaving his workers for weeks without supervision trying to change what he verbally agreed to do.
Great workmanship, couldn't recommend a better.
