Laid new sod over trash, rocks, water bottles, branches. utility flags, Called several times to complain total waste of my time. Beware!!! Tabor homes are nice but this company is bad.

Just closed on my dr horton house about a month ago and noticed the sprinkler water wasn't draining lawn was flooded in spots then noticed my water bill was like 1000 dollars called them out because they installed it turns out they didn't cap the ends off when they installed it and it was just constantly leaking

I had similar experience as others with MLJ. The Sod was so bad when I moved in to My new house last year in April Dead or no grass everywhere. I had to call and email them several times and someone finally showed up after several months with Fertilizer and it helped to grow lot of weed instead of grass mostly. Next is with the leveling of the front, both sides of the hose and back yard. it is so terrible. water is collecting everywhere even for a small rain. Gehan Homes is My builder, It looks like they are also least bothered :(

I am changing my review. MLJ did end up sending someone out to fix the initial installation problem I had after a few calls, a bad review post, and contacting my builder. Not sure what did the trick because someone just showed up to fix it without even letting me know they were coming, but I won't complain about that as I'm sure they are pretty busy this time of year. I am just happy I didnt have to spend a full day digging a trench around my house. I may even bump the review to 4 stars once the new sod they put over the line takes. Thanks for addressing the issue MLJ.

Terrible Law Service company. Had them out multiple time to fix the grading/lawn of my house and each time new damage to the yard is added and the grading just gets worse. currently have a lumpy horribly graded muddy yard. I really didn't have a choice in using this company due to my Builder Meritage choosing to use this bottom of the barrel vendor. If given the choice I would absolutely recommend against this company. pictures as example of the mess I am left to fix.
