He was very professional, extremely helpful, and guided me through each step of the process. He was very responsive to my questions and returned my calls or email quickly. He did an outstanding job. I am very grateful for everything William Daniels did. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job in one day. They cleaned everything up before they left. The reason I gave four stars instead of five stars is that the installed roof looks wavy and uneven on the front left side, and some of the shingles are slightly warped upwards. I reached out to MLM after searching for a roofer online. I wasn’t sure how much it would work out and to be honest I was very doubtful. Blair Plombon came to my home and saw the issue I was having. He walked me through the entire process of filing a claim with me insurance and every time the insurance company said no Blair would send them pictures helping them understand the need. 6 months later the insurance company finally gave us the green light and we have our new roof. Day of service the crew was at my home 7am prepping and by noon all the work had been completed. The property manager Jackie came by midway through to see how things were going. MLM helped us through the insurance claim submission and provided specific details to convince our insurance company to completely replace our original roof. The upgrades Diane Frederick offered us ensure our new roof will last for decades. Gina Lazo and Briahnna Bass answered all our questions and processed the installation quickly. The team MLM sent to perform the installation were quick, professional, and cleaned up the whole site afterwards. They also sent a project manager Kyle Prokop to check on the site twice during the one-day installation. Our new gutters are twice as wide as the original and are covered--no more waterfalls over the awning. Completely satisified and would strongly recommend.
