We are so happy with our install of roof and gutters. It was a much needed update and repair. MLM and Thomas Walter handled everything for us so well, including dealing with our insurance. We were a little skeptical when our first project manager had ended up leaving the company while we were under his care, but MLM and Thomas made sure we never felt any of the weight of that exit. The crews that came out to our home were amazing. Such a big project can be so intimidating, but we were supported the whole way through. It’s so nice to know there are still businesses out there who will treat you as people and not just $$. Thank you again Thomas (TJ) and MLM for our new roof.

We recently got our roof done by MLM. The process was long going through insurance but the end product was fantastic. The lead contractor was amazing. Robbie went above and beyond for us when the wrong skylights were ordered. He drove all over the state of Maryland to get the correct skylights. The men worked in the heat on our home and got the roof done in just one day. If you are lucky to get Robbie as your contractor from MLM you know the job will be done right and he pays attention to every detail. He even had the crew as well as himself come by again the next day which was a Saturday, to make sure everything was cleaned up. Robbie really changed our experience with MLM and we absolutely loved the final product.

Tony Young came to check our roof. He was extremely professional. After spending time inspecting the roof he reported that the roof was in good shape. We appreciated his honesty and will remember to do business with him and certainly recommend him and MLM.

I am extremely pleased with this company.. Both TJ and Robby are the ultimate professionals. I am so lucky to have found such honest and conscientious people. Today Robby came to inspect the work done yesterday. He climbed on the roof and took photographs. He checked the yard for any pieces that have fallen. He used a magnet sweeper to make sure nothing was left in my driveway. A great company indeed.

It was a pleasure working with the sales and service team at MLM. Despite rescheduling due to weather. They came in and did a really great job completing the project in the end. Thank again to the team at MLM.
