Mr. Mganga was professional, timely, and shared his expertise when my Samsung washer machine stopped draining due to a bad belt. He provided a response and diagnosis before the Samsung customer service line could get me an appointment! The price was affordable for both parts and labor, and the problem was fixed relatively quickly. Highly recommend!

I heard of this company through a friend who says they're affordable and very thorough. I live in an apartment building and our maintenance guy could never properly fix my refrigerator. I got tired of calling him over and over so I called these fellas up and they fixed my fridge like it was nothing. What I actually needed was a part replacement. The repairman, Mganga, showed up a few hours after I called him to assess the problem, then came back the next day with the part. Was in and and out in like 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

Great Service, highly recommend. My Maytech washing machine wasn’t draining, turns out that the drain pump motor was broken because a washcloth got clogged in the drain hose. He came and was able to remove the clog, and replace the drain pump and did a fantastic job aH.

He arrived on time and went to work fixing the problem with my refrigerator. I gave him a 3 star because the area was left a mess. I didn't mind mopping the floor afterwards because I would have done that anyway. I wish he would have put down a cloth on the floor first to protect it from the water and dirt. Also, I didn't realize he left my countertop wet and with wet paper towels. Then my husband called and told me that a bag of pre boiled eggs were left on top of the refrigerator. I was disappointed with the mess that was left and i hope that they correct that issue for future clients.
