I hired Mr. Garcia and his crew to install a privacy fence and gate to my backyard at the alley level, finishing concrete stairs to the alley, building a deck on the back side of my house with rails, new rails on my front porch, safety rails around my basement steps (a 10ft drop-12ft) and my retaining wall on the backyard hill (18-20ft drop), trim our neighbors tree that was overhanging our gutters, and finish two (2) ensuite bathrooms, one in my mother's room on the first floor, and the other in the Master Suite on the second floor. First, let me say their prices were extremely reasonable, which should have given me pause, but I proceeded with caution.
