Terrible customer service. They didn't have my item ready for pickup; I returned days later and it still wasn't ready. The owner yelled at me, as if he wanted to hit me or something; according to him, he was having a bad day and was going to get angry with me. I'm sure he wouldn't behave like that with another man. I don't recommend this place.

Good work and good customer service. Brought a garment to change broken zipper and loosen the top sides a bit, work was well done. Will be back again.

The guy who is currently here as the boss is a very nice guy and does the best he could as the tailor, and his work speaks for itself, many people have come here from all across New York and long island (he's tailored my clothes before) would definitely recommend

My family has gone to this place for many years. It's a small place, but they work is excellent. I highly recommend it.
